Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Procurement Agent to support the E-7 program from Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA. This mid-level to senior role handles end-to-end sourcing, cost/price analysis, and contract negotiations with both government and commercial customers.

Level 3–4 responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving procurement process improvements to meet schedule and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management, including pricing analysis, lead time and contract negotiations, supply chain planning and procurement, and high-level executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle procurement for complex packages (material, components, services, tooling).
• Execute government-subject procurements in accordance with TINA, FAR, DFARS, and applicable customer flow-downs.
• Conduct cost/price analyses, develop negotiation positions, and document rationale to meet compliance/audit needs.
• Negotiate commercial contracts to achieve best value while mitigating risk (lead time, quality, warranty, IP, indemnity).
• Mentor and guide Level 1-2 procurement staff; drive continuous improvement in processes and data quality.
