Job summary

The Boeing Company in Tukwila, WA is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent-1 to support the E7 program with day-to-day purchasing, PO creation, and supplier coordination. This on-site role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely, compliant acquisitions and to document sourcing activity.

Responsibilities include data maintenance, basic negotiations under supervision, and adherence to Boeing policies while growing procurement skills in a dynamic defense

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience; internships or co-op experience relevant.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders in the procurement system per E7 program requirements and Boeing procurement policies.
• Monitor order status, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve routine delivery or documentation issues.
• Support supplier communication and onboarding activities including requesting quotes, confirming specifications, and documenting supplier commitments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, update supplier and part data, and ensure documentation meets audit requirements.
• Support small sourcing actions and assist with basic negotiations under supervision.
