Qualifications

• 5+ years in supplier management/procurement as purchasing agent or buyer.
• 5+ years drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts.
• 5+ years leading proposals, contract terms and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate program and customer strategies into sourcing and contracting.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare binding agreements.
• Manage supplier performance, risk and delivery.
• Lead supplier improvement initiatives and contract strategy.
• Support on-site program procurement activities and compliance.
