Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent for the Oklahoma City, OK location (onsite) to support the E7 program. This role provides day-to-day procurement and purchasing support to ensure timely, compliant acquisitions of parts, services, and materials.

Key duties include creating purchase orders, monitoring orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining records, and assisting with basic negotiations under supervision.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders in the procurement system per E7 program requirements and Boeing procurement policies.
• Monitor order status, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve routine delivery or documentation issues.
• Support supplier communication and onboarding activities including requesting quotes, confirming specifications, and documenting supplier commitments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, update supplier and part data, and ensure documentation meets audit requirements.
• Support small sourcing actions and assist with basic negotiations under supervision.
