Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience in aerospace or regulated industries.
• Strong cost/price analysis and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Lead full life-cycle procurement for complex packages (material, components, services, tooling).
• Conduct robust cost and price analyses and develop negotiation positions.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize value while mitigating risk.
• Manage suppliers for performance, risk, and corrective action; drive supplier reviews and escalation as needed.
• Mentor Level 1–3 procurement staff and drive process improvements.
