Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City, OK, or Tukwila, WA, is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent to support the E7 program with day-to-day purchasing, ensuring compliant acquisition of parts, services and materials.

This is an onsite, 1st shift role with growing responsibilities in supplier onboarding, records management, and basic negotiations under supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–2 years procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders in the procurement system per E7 program requirements and Boeing procurement policies.
• Monitor order status, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning) to resolve routine delivery or documentation issues.
• Support supplier communication and onboarding activities including requesting quotes, confirming specifications, and documenting supplier commitments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, update supplier and part data, and ensure documentation meets audit requirements.
• Support small sourcing actions and assist with basic negotiations under supervision.
• Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
