Qualifications

• Ability to work with large data and derive strategic insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for business trends per leadership requests.
• Compare variances to budget/forecast to identify improvements.
• Combine financial, operational, and clinical data for context.
• Use rate/volume to quantify impact of patient/payor mixes.
• Create executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Support mentoring of junior analysts.
