Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a senior data/AI leader to drive enterprise AI, data, and analytics initiatives across Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting. You will partner with senior business leaders to shape strategy, governance, and scalable data products that enable accurate reporting and compliant decision-making.

The role requires a strong track record in managing cross‑functional teams, delivering complex data programs, and aligning technology with regulatory expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional AI and data experience with progressive management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives and regulations.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Regulatory leaders to define priorities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design and execute scalable data products and architectures for reporting and governance.
• Oversee large transformation programs to improve data quality, efficiency, and insights.
• Establish data governance, metadata, lineage, and control frameworks.
