Truist is seeking a Senior Decision Science Leader in the Charlotte area. You will mentor Decision Scientists, drive high-impact analyses, and partner with LOB leaders to deliver measurable business insights.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience with statistical methods and BI tools. Expect collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and a focus on revenue and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• The incumbent must combine quantitative skills, business acumen and strong communication.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in analytics/finance or related fields.
• 4+ years in decision science or analytics project management with results.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive insights to impact.
• Experience engaging multiple internal partners and projects.
• Strategic thinker with bias to action and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Competent in statistics, analytics methods, and data science tools.
• Familiarity with DB2/Oracle, SAS/SQL, R/Python, Tableau/MicroStrategy.

Responsibilities
