Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced analytics professional to provide analytical and administrative support across divisional projects. You will develop leadership reports, serve as a subject‑matter expert on bank and Wealth systems, and participate in project management activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in analytics within financial services, along with strong communication and independent work skills. On-site role with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or marketing, or equivalent education and related training.
• Six or more years of experience in an analytical role within the financial services industry or related field.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination skills in a professional or financial services environment.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings with key partners and work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and departmental initiatives.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for divisional products, services, systems and policies/procedures.
• Assist and collaborate in strategic planning and project management on divisional initiatives, contributing insights.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis; continue focus on process improvement; perform admin tasks like presentations and meetings.
