Qualifications

• The incumbent must demonstrate a blend of quantitative skills, business acumen and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in Banking/Finance/Analytics or related fields.
• 4+ years directing analytics projects with cross-functional teams and measurable impact.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse partners and projects.
• Experience linking insights to execution and business outcomes with data-driven approaches.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics and analytics tools; able to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and multiply impact by guiding Decision Scientists across business models.
• Lead analytics initiatives using quantitative methods and machine learning.
• Foster partnerships with LOB leaders and senior managers; build trust.
• Drive revenue and efficiency through data-driven insights and optimization.
• Advocate for repeatable, accurate analytics solutions and tools.
• Practice sound risk management and client-centric design in deliverables.
• Represent the group in forums and coordinate with partner analytics teams.
