Job summary

Generate Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Debt Operations to own day-to-day administration of debt portfolios, manage invoice collection, transaction processing in Allvue, and cash reconciliation to keep records accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, Asset Management, and Data teams.

You will ensure debt data feeds the general ledger, review credit agreements with Asset Management, and support audit and investor requests via the Debt Dashboard in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or progress toward certification.
• 2–5 years in public accounting, debt/loan administration, or investment manager operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting rules and credit/loan practices.
• Experience with loan administration systems (Allvue, Advent Geneva, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of debt portfolios, including invoice collection and cash reconciliation.
• Escalate Allvue issues and request enhanced reports when suitable.
• Ensure debt data feeding the general ledger is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
• Review credit agreements with Asset Management and ensure terms are followed.
• Maintain Debt Dashboard in PowerBI fed by Allvue data.
• Support finance transformation initiatives including automation and migrations (OneStream, Business Central, Kyriba).
