Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Manager, Debt Sale to lead the end-to-end debt sale process including deficiency and bankruptcy accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accurate data. You will oversee bid, closing and post-sale activities, while aligning Treasury, Accounting, Analytics, IT, Legal, Compliance and Product to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in debt sale, loss mitigation, collections, or recovery operations, with leadership exposure.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and applicable debt sale compliance is a plus.
• Flexibility to work to meet transaction deadlines and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end debt sale process from setup through post-closing.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Lead kickoff calls, oversee due diligence, and monitor post-sale reconciliation.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
