Job summary

Audax Private Debt is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support its Private Debt Operations Team in New York. The role coordinates trade closings, review of allocations, and flow of funds while ensuring compliance and accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and a background in debt products, with 5–8 years of relevant experience and excellent communication abilities to interact with Trustees, Portfolio Managers, and Treasury teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience, debt products a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily trade activity and settlements with counterparties using WSO, ClearPar and BlackMountain.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and PD Fund Management for allocations and settlements.
• Assist with direct deal closings, transfer projects, and KYC with trustees and custodians.
• Prepare cash flow, drawdown/paydown records, and interest calculations.
• Support reconciliation and closing processes with TresVista and revolver/delayed draw fundings.
