Job summary

Audax Group in Boston, MA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Private Debt Operations Team. The role coordinates trade closings, reviews allocations and legal documents, and ensures accurate cash flow reflection across systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of debt product experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative approach working with Trustees, portfolio managers, and finance teams. Hybrid Boston office environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related major.
• 5–8 years of professional experience; debt products a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with WSO, ClearPar, BlackMountain.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily trade activity and settle Primary and Secondary trades.
• Coordinate allocations with Portfolio Managers and PD Fund Management.
• Assist with direct deal closings, transfer projects, and KYC.
• Maintain records with Trustees/Custodians and monitor fundings.
• Prepare reports for Asset Backed Lending, CLO Lite, LOC, and Warehouse facilities.
• Monitor cash flow, capital calls, distributions, and equity contributions.
• Help develop and enforce operational controls and procedures.
