PACCAR Parts in Renton, WA is seeking a Senior Dealer Experience Specialist to act as the vital link between dealers, suppliers, and our technical support teams. You will guide order status, shipping info, pricing, and product programs while ensuring accuracy and audit compliance.

You’ll analyze truck specs, verify part information, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align dealer needs with policy and solutions. A strong communicator with detail orientation thrives here.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of related industry experience required; dealer/customer facing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude toward service while handling difficult situations.
• Strong PC skills and typing ability.
• Fluent French or Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on order status, shipping, availability, and pricing.
• Process orders for quotes, stocking orders, and technical inquiries with audit compliance.
• Conduct truck analysis to validate customer requests.
• Coordinate between factories, dealers, and research teams to verify part information.
• Resolve shipment issues and handle special orders.
• Access applications to ensure truck compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on objectives and policies.
• Crosstrain across Dealer Experience functions.
• Participate in Six Sigma projects and initiatives.
