Job summary

PACCAR Parts is offering a summer internship at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will work with the Dealer Experience team, gaining exposure to the Customer Experience process and hands-on learning with managers and senior leaders.

Students currently enrolled in college (junior or senior preferred) will develop skills in process review, dealer communication, and day-to-day operational support, with a range of benefits and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Team-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes.
• Review and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Assist with dealers updates on order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies.
• Determine vendor availability and lead times based on Dealer needs.
• Assist with resolving issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling while providing a high level of service.
