Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Dealer Journey Strategy Associate to analyze dealer feedback, map journeys, and drive experience improvements across digital and non-digital channels. You will work with product, UX, analytics, sales, service, and technology teams to identify gaps and implement practical recommendations.

Responsibilities include modeling dealer journeys, creating dashboards, and coordinating governance for adoption and change management across functions.
