Job summary

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology – Cyber practice is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operationally focused projects across diverse sectors. You’ll help develop strategies for transactions within a high-impact consulting environment.

You’ll work on pre-deal and post-deal engagements, combining cybersecurity know-how with a commercial mindset, and travel to client sites or EY offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational-focused projects across sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions with client service teams.
• Gain experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning.
