Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk or related functions with 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Experience across multiple Deal Desk areas with depth to guide the full quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Strong management judgment and ability to translate strategy into Deal Desk direction.
• Direct people management including performance reviews, hiring decisions, and career development.
• Excellent communication and ability to advise senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities for reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Experience leading process, system, and data improvements and transformational initiatives.
• Excellent time management and prioritization with cross-functional partnership.
• Healthcare SaaS industry experience strongly preferred; multi-product complexity exposure.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for Deal Desk performance across all functions and ensure SLA adherence.
• Oversee people management including hiring decisions, performance management, and career development.
• Maintain KPI framework, reporting, and leadership reviews translating data into insights.
• Set strategic direction for Deal Desk and policy alignment with priorities.
• Champion cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and more.
• Steward IT/EB Systems partnerships; roadmap input and change management impact.
• Lead initiatives across acquisitions, system migrations, and go-to-market planning.
• Drive process, system, and data improvement initiatives across functions.
• Maintain documentation and decision frameworks for continuity and alignment.
• Partner with Center of Excellence leadership on strategic evolution of go-to-market operations.
