Partner Company is seeking a Consumer Loans FLHS Operations Coordinator based in the United States to support first-lien HELOC lending products and related processes. You will coordinate product implementation, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies and controls.

You will work with third-party originators, lenders, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate onboarding, execution, and issue resolution, while supporting governance, documentation, and continuous process

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• At least five years of mortgage lending experience across multiple aspects.
• Understanding of mortgage lending operations and loan processing workflows.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support training and implementation.
• Remote work capability and reliable, proactive approach to responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate development, implementation, and post-launch support of lending products.
• Prepare standardized management reports on implementation status and issues.
• Monitor post-launch loan production and identify improvement opportunities.
• Onboard and support third-party originators and lenders, including training and documentation.
• Provide operational guidance to partners and internal teams for consistent execution.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives across lending operations and related functions.
• Maintain the operational procedure library and oversee governance documentation.
• Coordinate responses to audit findings and remediation activities.
• Manage new-vendor approvals and ongoing vendor reviews.
