First Merchants Bank seeks a Consumer Loans FLHS Operations Coordinator to support First Lien Heloc lending products and operations by coordinating product and process implementation, monitoring performance, assisting TPO partners and lenders, and maintaining procedures. The role can be remote within our footprint and collaborates across teams to ensure compliant, timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or related areas.
• Excellent communication with customers and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and post-launch support of new products and processes.
• Develop and deliver standardized management reporting on product implementations.
• Monitor post-launch loan production and performance for issues and trends.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing operational support for TPO partners and FLHS lenders.
• Maintain FLHS procedure library and coordinate governance activities.
