Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and post-launch support of new products and processes.
• Develop and deliver standardized management reporting on new product implementations.
• Monitor post-launch loan production and operational performance for issues and improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for TPO partners and FLHS lenders.
• Coordinate approved process-improvement initiatives across FLHS and partner functions.
• Maintain the FLHS procedure library and governance documentation.
• Coordinate FLHS model governance activities and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate new-vendor approval and ongoing vendor reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
