Jobgether is seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Loans FLHS Operations Coordinator in the United States to support first-lien HELOC lending products and related processes. You will collaborate with third-party origination partners, lenders, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient lending operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience across mortgage lending operations and processes.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to coordinate multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and post-launch support of lending products to align with policies and controls.
• Prepare and deliver standardized reports on product implementation status and issues.
• Monitor post-launch loan production and operational performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Onboard and support third-party originated partners and first-lien HELOC lenders, including training and documentation.
• Provide real-time guidance to partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional process-improvement initiatives across lending operations and partner functions.
• Maintain the operational procedure library with periodic reviews and updates.
• Support model governance documentation and remediation activities.
• Coordinate vendor approval and ongoing vendor reviews as required.
