Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Consumer Loans FLHS Operations Coordinator to support first-lien HELOC lending products and operational processes. You will coordinate onboarding, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies and controls in a remote-capable role.

The position requires collaboration with third-party partners, lenders, and internal teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and remediation as needed. Remote work is allowed within the organization's footprint.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Understanding of mortgage operations and loan processing workflows.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and post-launch support of approved lending products with policies and controls.
• Prepare and deliver standardized management reports on implementation status and issues.
• Monitor post-launch loan production and identify trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Onboard and support third-party originated partners and first-lien HELOC lenders, including training and documentation.
• Provide operational guidance to lending partners and internal stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate process-improvement initiatives across lending operations and partner functions.
• Maintain and administer the operational procedure library with periodic reviews.
• Support model governance activities including risk management documentation and monitoring.
• Coordinate responses to audit findings and remediation activities.
• Facilitate new-vendor approvals and ongoing vendor reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, vendors, and service providers to support compliant operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
