Job summary

Optro, a leading AI-powered GRC platform provider, is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Temp) to partner with Sales and Finance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract approvals. This remote role requires Pacific Time availability and a strong SaaS background.

You will draft and finalize contracts for cloud subscriptions, support deal reviews, and drive process improvements across the Global Deal Desk. A 4-year degree and 5+ years in deal desk are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree.
• Minimum 5 years of Deal Desk experience in a SaaS company.
• Bias towards velocity and urgency in deal execution.
• Strong business partnering with Sales and Finance.
• Experience supporting global/multinational deals.
• Excellent understanding of commercial terms, pricing, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Guide deal structuring, pricing, and contract management for SaaS subscriptions.
• Review and approve contracts, terms, and conditions with legal and finance.
• Draft, modify, and finalize contracts including add-ons and upsell opportunities.
• Support Sales with quoting tools, CRM, and process improvements.
• Provide training and enablement to new hires on deal desk processes.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate on commercial projects as needed.
