EY is seeking an experienced Lead Negotiator – Associate Director in the United States to drive high-stakes negotiations and close complex deals. You will lead the deal team and client counterparties, shaping strategy and terms with senior EY stakeholders across regions.

You will also mentor pursuit teams, develop contracting strategies, and deliver training on best practices in negotiation. A deep background in technology services contracts and large-scale deals is essential.

Competenze

10+ years of negotiation and contract drafting experience in commercial/technical terms, esp. technology services.
Experience leading complex negotiations in large organizations.
MBA or equivalent preferred for higher-level roles.

Mansioni

Lead the actual negotiation process as the first chair with client negotiators to close engagements.
Collaborate with EY sales leads on relationship mapping and tiering.
Provide strategies to secure client commitment to a close plan.
Document and finalize terms of the deal in contracting language.
Advise pursuit teams on commercial models for large complex deals.
Lead training and presentations on negotiation best practices.
