Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years negotiating contracts in technology services/consulting.
• Experience as first chair in high-stakes negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations as first chair and drive deal closure.
• Coordinate with EY sales lead on relationship mapping and alignment.
• Draft and finalize contractual language with clients.
• Advise pursuit teams on commercial models for large deals.
• Lead EY negotiation methodology training across regions.
