Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Center Infrastructure Management to lead a team responsible for EPMS and BMS systems across data centers. The role focuses on strategic planning, operational excellence, and cost-effective service delivery.

The candidate will guide SOP development, ensure adherence to QA policies, and drive continuous improvements in deployment and system performance while coordinating with vendors and site teams. A US citizen is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience with critical monitoring/control systems.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficient knowledge of BMS and EPMS systems.
• US Citizenship required by law for this role.

Responsibilities

• Schedules deployment resources to meet schedules.
• Ensures QA policies and SOPs are followed.
• Develops and maintains SOPs for service deployment.
• Trains DCIM Engineers on SOPs and requirements.
• Monitors deployment to minimize downtime and drive improvements.
• Analyzes data, prepares reports, and recommends project efficiencies.
• Leads cost-control and budget monitoring for DCIM projects.
• Manages proposals, expenditures, and performance of DCIM engineers.
• Leads vendor management via Scope of Work and RFIs/RFPs.
