Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Center Infrastructure Management to lead a team of engineers responsible for EPMS and BMS operations in large-scale data centers. The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will drive SOPs, QA, and vendor management, ensuring on-time project delivery, cost control, and compliance with corporate standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; progressive engineering leadership experience
• 10+ years in critical monitoring/control systems or facilities
• 3+ years in management/supervisory roles leading engineering/ops teams
• Proficient with BMS and EPMS systems; data center experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule deployment resources to meet schedules
• Maintain QA policies and SOPs for service deployment
• Train DCIM Engineers on SOPs and requirements
• Monitor deployments to minimize downtime and control costs
• Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
• Lead vendor relationships with scope of work and RFPs
• Develop and manage operational budgets within approved limits
• Provide strategic leadership for DCIM platform standards
