Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Sr. Manager, DC & Warehouse to lead the day-to-day operations of a distribution center within its Supply Chain network. You will ensure safe, efficient shipping and receiving, and coordinate with cross-functional partners in finance, transportation, and other operations units.

You will manage the DC budget, monitor KPIs, lead people and training initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a non-union environment and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience in managing a warehouse with high performance teams.
• Experience leading large, diverse workforces in a non-union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budget setting, review, evaluation and communication for the DC.
• Monitor labor expense and productivity KPI’s for cost-efficient operations.
• Lead programs, reports, trends, and process improvements across the network.
• Develop staff, ensure training, and align HR with operations within guidelines.
• Oversee safety and sanitation standards and maintain safety/environmental compliance.
