Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and lead a team to drive efficiency. This second-shift role is onsite, Mon-Fri 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m., with occasional weekend hours.

You'll manage receiving, storage, distribution, and FEFO compliance, while coordinating with maintenance and other departments. Requirements include a BA/BS in Logistics or related field and 2 years supervisory experience; SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/people leader experience required.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Firm understanding of end-to-end supply chain from raw material receipt to final shipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing goods including oil bay, railroad, product support, receiving and shipping.
• Ensure regular cycle counts and FEFO adherence to improve accuracy.
• Develop staff and ensure safety protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize logistics processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to cut costs and raise efficiency.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
