Athene is seeking a VP of Sales for Defined Contribution to drive Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income to retirement advisors in an assigned territory. You will partner with recordkeepers and field teams to convert partnerships into local adoption, with a strong emphasis on travel and relationship management.

The role requires deep DC/ERISA knowledge, senior sales experience, and the ability to lead education events while coordinating with product and investment specialists.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong command of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels; ability to translate home office work into field opportunities.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 licensing required; ERISA fundamentals experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams to drive local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable pipeline milestones.
• Lead advisor education events and finalist presentations with product specialists support.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
