Athene is seeking a VP Sales, Defined Contribution to drive growth in Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income across retirement advisor channels. The role requires strong advisor relationships, in-depth DC knowledge, and the ability to lead education sessions and field events while collaborating with internal and external partners.

The position requires extensive travel (70%+), a track record of meeting sales targets, and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Formación

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales or related experience.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both one-on-one and group settings.
• Knowledge of the defined contribution market, ERISA basics, and related concepts.
• Familiarity with private assets or guaranteed income is a plus.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales of Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income to retirement advisors in assigned territory.
• Build relationships with advisors, recordkeepers, and platform partners to drive adoption.
• Own territory plan, activity cadence, and pipeline milestones with measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and product/Investment depth sessions.
• Collaborate with Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and share insights.
• Coordinate with recordkeepers on joint meetings and campaigns; maintain pipeline discipline using CRM/AI tools.
