Athene is seeking a VP Sales, Defined Contribution to drive sales of Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income to retirement advisors in an assigned territory, with a substantial travel requirement. You will build relationships with retirement plan advisors, coordinate with recordkeeper partners, and own the territory plan with measurable outcomes.

Senior leadership and product experts will support you throughout the role.

Formación

10+ years in retirement plan sales or equivalent experience.
Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
Strong understanding of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels and how home office relationships translate to field opportunities.
Knowledge of the defined contribution market and ERISA fundamentals; ability to develop another capability (private assets or guaranteed income).
Strong one-on-one and group presentation skills; sound judgment and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

Drive annual territory sales targets for Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income.
Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams; convert partnerships into local adoption.
Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors, activity cadence, and measurable sales outcomes.
Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; bring in product experts for depth.
Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
