Athene is seeking a Vice President Sales, Defined Contribution to drive Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income to retirement advisors across an assigned territory, with a 70%+ travel requirement. The role reports to the Head of DC Wealth Distribution and is supported by an internal wholesaler.

Candidates should have strong DC advisor relationships, knowledge of private assets or guaranteed income, and a structured training program in year one with ongoing product and investment

Formación

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales or related experience.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for advisor meetings.
• Knowledge of defined contribution market fundamentals and ERISA concepts.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 license required.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual territory sales targets for Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income.
• Build and maintain relationships with retirement plan advisors and field teams.
• Develop territory plans, activity cadence, and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and partner with product experts as needed.
• Coordinate with recordkeepers on joint meetings and campaigns; manage pipeline.
• Utilize CRM and market intelligence to refine targeting and drive opportunities.
