Job summary

Oxford Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of DC Operations Systems & Processes to lead the systems strategy for the Lyons Distribution Center. You will guide MAWM, WCS, automation, and shipping systems, translate operations needs into actionable requirements, and drive process improvements while partnering with IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems implementations and support.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse systems and operational reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of DC workflows and productivity impacts.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead DC Operations SME for MAWM, WCS, automation, shipping, RF/scanning, labeling, and related DC technologies.
• Manage a team providing first-level functional support for DC system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-enabled process issues; escalate when needed.
• Monitor daily system health, exceptions, and performance metrics.
• Maintain issue tracking, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Partner with DC leadership to ensure configurations support core DC processes.
• Lead system configuration, user setup, training, and go-live readiness.
• Develop SOPs, job aids, and training materials for DC systems.
• Lead testing, UAT, regression testing and post-release stabilization.
• Gather requirements, use cases, test scenarios, and success criteria for system changes.
• Develop and analyze reports/dashboards for productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT, brand partners, and vendors to minimize disruption.
• Lead peak readiness and new process onboarding for DC initiatives.
• Promote standardized system usage across shifts and user groups.
• Provide on-site and after-hours support during peak periods.
