Job summary

The Intersect Group in Lyons, GA is seeking a Sr. Manager- Systems & Processes to lead DC IT systems, including MAWN and related WMS/WCS initiatives. This on-site role supervises a team of DC Applications Support and Process Managers and partners with IT and business stakeholders.

You will drive migration projects, monitor applications, perform analyses for future state solutions, and deliver optimized processes that improve efficiency and controls in the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to learn new WMS systems and run implementations.
• Experience with MS Office and reporting tools (Power BI).
• 5+ years in a distribution center supporting WMS implementations.
• Experience with Manhattan MAWN is strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

Sr. Manager- Systems & Processes

Location: Lyons GA- In office 5 days a week

Daily Responsibilities

• Oversee the migration from PkMS to MAWN- support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and future opportunities to customize
• Monitor daily applications performance and error reports, investigating and resolving and/or identifying the issue, conduct triage and resolve complex incidents, escalating to Corporate IT as needed
• Conduct Analysis on proposed future-state solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities
• Act as a strategic partner in developing future state systems and processes requirements and the implementation of MAWM, WCS, and any other supporting applications and integrated technologies in the DC
• Manage a supporting team of DC Applications Support and Process Managers who will be functional and subject matter experts for all processes and IT Systems/Applications used within the facility, providing first-line user support and training to hundreds of end users
• Provide Project Leadership/Management for the planned WMS/WCS and related implementation and the ongoing support enhancements of them
• Develop processes, methods, and performance standards to optimize the use of people, processes, and technology within DC
• Manage the delivery of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWN) WMS system and other IT Systems functional the support operations, automation, and controls of the Distribution Center

Requirements

• Proven Ability to learn new WMS systems, run implementations, communicate with IT and Business stakeholders, manage small team
• Previous Experience with MS Office Applications and reporting tools (E.g. PowerBi)
• 5+ years of recent experience working in a distribution center, supporting WMS implementations
• Previous Knowledge and experience working with any Manhattan Product (MAWN strongly preferred)
• Proven Experience in WMS system implementation and support, advanced troubleshooting and incident management expertise
