Job summary

Oxford's Lyons Distribution Center is seeking a Senior Manager to lead DC Operations systems & processes. You will bridge DC operations with IT, oversee MAWM/WCS, and drive system-enabled workflows across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will guide configuration, training, documentation, and reporting to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels, partnering with IT, brand teams, vendors, and operations leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in systems implementations and support.
Hands-on experience with warehouse systems (WMS/WCS) and automation.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with operational reporting tools (Power BI) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead DC Operations system strategy and technical leadership for MAWM, WCS, and automation.
Provide first-level functional support for DC systems and processes and coordinate with IT vendors.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive training and SOP development.
Develop, validate, and release test plans; ensure go-live readiness and post-release stabilization.
