Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Distribution Center Automation to advance automation in our distribution centers. You will partner with operations, engineering, architecture, and technology teams to define requirements and support end-to-end DC workflows.

This role translates operational needs into system requirements, ensures testable designs, and coordinates end-to-end testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain tech.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience with system integration concepts, data flows, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, UAT, and defect documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DC operations and technology stakeholders to understand processes and automation needs.
• Translate priorities into functional, technical, and integration requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows for automation-enabled DC processes.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and product teams to align with standards.
• Support system and integration design discussions for automation platforms and related technologies.
• Own and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including test planning and UAT.
• Assess deployment impacts and identify risks to minimize disruption to operations.
