Job summary

The Distribution Center Senior Manager - LDCM at TBC Corporation oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and KPIs are met. You will manage site P&L and lead employment activities for the site team.

You will drive cost control, safety initiatives, and collaboration with sales teams to meet service levels while building a strong, compliant workforce.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of five years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology and proven success driving change.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor, delivery, and other variable costs within the Distribution Center to align with annual business plans.
• Drive team member accountability and performance ensuring company policies are administered appropriately.
• Drive safety initiatives to ensure safe and on time delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with Wholesale and Franchise sales teams to meet established service level agreements.
