Job summary

TBC Corporation, a leader in the mobility industry, seeks a Distribution Center Senior Manager (LDCM) to oversee daily operations, drive P&L and lead site teams at the Lubbock DC. You will ensure SOPs are followed, safety metrics met, and service levels achieved for customers and franchise partners.

Responsibilities include managing labor and variable costs, collaborating with wholesale and franchise sales, and guiding continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and SOP updates to boost

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field, or equivalent distribution experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience and leadership ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP and routing software experience a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and variable costs in the Distribution Center to align with annual business plans.
• Drive team accountability and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and safety metrics.
