VDart Inc. seeks a Senior IT HCM Business Systems Analyst with Dayforce expertise to support a major HCM implementation and ongoing HR technology needs.

This role acts as the internal Dayforce expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and the implementation partner to validate requirements, guide configuration decisions, and support integrations. You will lead Dayforce deployment across Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll and Benefits, develop test plans, coordinate data feeds, and

Qualificações

• Hands-on Dayforce implementation across Core HR, WFM, Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll and Benefits on the IT side.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, upgrades, and end-user training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Dayforce implementation across Core HR, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Serve as the Dayforce subject-matter expert with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, reports, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner to validate solutions and keep rollout on track.
• Support integrations between Dayforce and enterprise/third-party applications including data feeds and interfaces.
• Partner with developers on APIs, data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate business sign-off, and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support major releases and enhancements, maintain docs and test scripts.
• Support payroll and benefits audits, year-end processing, and ongoing system improvements.
• Train end users and help HR/Payroll/Benefits adopt the new system.
