Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of U.S. payroll experience with expertise in tax regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce Payroll.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain and validate payroll data including new hires and compensation changes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for compliance.
