The position requires strong leadership and a deep knowledge of warehouse operations, OSHA/HACCP standards, and inventory controls, with travel as needed for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, OSHA, HACCP and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse, fostering a safety‑first culture.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Develop warehouse staff by monitoring performance and retention, driving engagement.
• Review staffing needs and manage interviewing/hiring of warehouse personnel.
• Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities across operations.
