Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in warehouse distribution.

• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused warehouse operations and coach associates.
• Direct and supervise productivity, ensuring accurate orders and timely shipments.
• Balance staffing, training, and performance discussions with senior managers.
• Monitor metrics and address process gaps to reduce shrink and mis-picks.
