Job summary

Elios AI is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to own the Databricks-based services portfolio for US clients. This remote, full-time role targets enterprise opportunities with a strategic, quota-driven approach that balances revenue with client value.

You'll build pipeline, collaborate with Databricks field teams, discovery with data leaders, and translate insights into scoped proposals and delivery plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling data, analytics, or AI services, with 3+ years in consulting/services
• Direct experience selling into Databricks ecosystem or with partner teams
• Fluency in the commercial shape of lakehouse programs: migrations, governance, AI enablement

Responsibilities

• Own new business and expansion pursuits for Databricks implementation, migration, and platform modernization work
• Build joint pipeline with Databricks account executives and partner teams
• Run discovery with data, analytics, and engineering leaders and translate into scoped services proposals
• Partner with solution architects and delivery leads on proposals and SOWs
• Maintain forecast accuracy and manage territory plans
• Carry market feedback into service offerings and positioning
