As a Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect, you will drive deep technical engagements, develop prototypes, and provide thought leadership across global customers while mentoring other specialists. Expect travel up to 30% to support enterprise demands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure and database architecture experience.
• 5+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering).
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, OLAP, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Database migration experience with AWS DMS, Schema Conversion, or replication tools.
• GenAI developer tools (Kiro, Claude/Claude CLI) for prototypes and demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep, technical customer engagements on migrations (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) to AWS-native targets.
• Be a domain expert across migration toolchains (DMS, Schema Conversion, GenAI tools).
• Dive into migration challenges to unblock progress and meet timelines.
• Build working prototypes and demos using GenAI tools to accelerate proofs of concept.
• Represent customer voice to influence product roadmap and provide field feedback to GTM and account teams.
• Mentor and develop other Specialist SAs and contribute to thought leadership.
