Job summary
Constellation Technologies is seeking a senior Database Administrator in Maryland to join a federal contract team. You will manage Oracle and NoSQL databases, perform migrations, backups, tuning, and ensure security compliance with TS/SCI requirements.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of database experience, strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, and experience with SAFe/Agile teams. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered, and you will contribute to performance improvements and incident
Qualifications
- Must be US citizen.
- Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (or 4 years DB exp in lieu).
- At least 10 years of high-level database experience.
- Experience as a Database Administrator with data migration, replication, user administration, backup/recovery, performance tuning, issue resolution.
- Strong Oracle and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) knowledge.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and SQL.
- Scripting in JavaScript, Bash/Linux, Perl, or Python.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Experience with SAFe/Agile.
- Experience with Cassandra and MongoDB.
