GRVTY in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Database Engineer with TS/SCI + Poly to join a top project. You will design, develop, implement, and optimize relational and OO databases, database parsing and loading software, and ensure secure data flows.

You will translate requirements into database schemas, create ad hoc queries and scripts, support the lifecycle through IOC, and collaborate across IT and business teams. A Bachelor's in a technical field is required and extensive DB experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Extensive Oracle DB installation, patching, and Data Guard experience.
• Ten years DBE experience or five years with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience designing and implementing database structures for complex systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into usable database schemas and queries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize relational and OO databases and related software.
• Develop database schemas, parsing software, and loading tools.
• Create ad hoc queries, scripts, and macros for data manipulation.
• Support long- and short-term database administration requirements.
• Assist in ensuring secure, scalable data storage and retrieval across the project.
